I had an incredible dining experience at Oak Street Bistro! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. Service was top-notch! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Whether you're looking for a cozy dinner spot or a special place to celebrate, Oak Street Bistro is a must-visit. I've noticed it always being pretty full in the parking lot and the building having a nice, tasteful craftsman style. I ventured out yesterday, and the building is deceptive. It's not small as it appears streetside but rather large. There's also a lot more parking in the back. The staff was very friendly. If you have 3 or fewer guests, you really don't need a reservation. The interior has several dining areas. "The quiet room" An area for large parties, and the room with chatter and a bar. The lobby has Mission style furniture with tiffany style lamps. It's large but has a cozy feel. The food was great. My table had salmon, mussels, whole belly clams, and prime rib. All excellent. I had an old-fashioned cocktail, which the bartender did very well. I ruined myself with a great in house made blueberry pie. My server was friendly and attentive. I have to say this place will get another visit soon.
